Real Aid Fayre

On Sunday we held a stall at the Real Aid Fayre in Tickton.  We had been working hard making 60 clocks from recycled materials for the event.  We also made gift boxes out of old Christmas and Birthday cards and filled them with gummy bears and facts and jokes about recycling.  The gift boxes sold quite well and we sold some of the clocks.  We hope to hold a car boot sale to sell some more but will take any left over to our exhibition on 19th August.

We had a great day and it was a good opportunity to publicise our art exhibition and raise the awareness of recycling in Tickton.

Thank you to Real Aid for holding such a great event!

  1. Hi Girls Your stall looked amazing Thank you so much for coming and supporting Real Aid . I was very lucky indeed because the green jig saw clock I was admiring was coincidentally bought by my daughter for me as a surprise Can you believe it So very well done and thank you for all work hard Chris from Real Aid

  2. Thank you Chris! We really enjoyed the Fayre! It was a great day! We could have sold a few more clocks but we raised a bit of money for Real Aid! It was very coincidental how your daughter bought the clock that you were admiring! We hope you like it! The jigsaws were our favourites two!
Also, thank you for the puzzles that you gave us! They have already come in handy as we used them today to make a big, red, jigsaw puzzle piece of art!
    Thanks again,
    The Bin Buddies!!
